In the Ultimate edition of the game, the playing area is significantly enlarged, introducing new components that deepen both the strategic and tactical aspects of gameplay. Unlike the traditional tic-tac-toe, which uses a simple 3x3 grid, the Ultimate version features a comprehensive board made up of 9 mini-boards, each measuring 3x3 cells. This expansion results in a total of 81 cells in the Ultimate format, compared to just 9 in the Classic version. Each of the smaller boards functions as its own classic 3x3 grid, yet they all interact with one another, opening up a plethora of new strategic options. Securing a win on one of the mini-boards influences the overall game dynamics on the larger board, compelling players to rely not only on their intuition but also on their ability to predict their opponent's next moves.
